Start with the visitor’s task
Write down what someone needs to accomplish: assess your capabilities, find a product, request a quote or make a booking enquiry. Use those tasks to decide which pages and forms matter.
Give content an owner
Collect approved service descriptions, photography and contact details. Identify who can approve each item. A clear approval process reduces rework and helps keep the launch realistic.
Plan beyond launch
Agree who owns the domain, where the site is hosted, how backups are handled and who updates content. Separate the implementation scope from ongoing maintenance and support.
